What You'll Do:
- Follow and maintain standards of sanitation and safety for personnel, food preparation, storage, kitchen equipment, and all department areas.
- Receives and stores food and supplies, and assures they are stored properly.
- Ensures food safety and sanitation practices are adhered to, and the timing of meals is met.
- Communicate with residents, guests, and co-workers in a professional and pleasant manner.
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
- Knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen safety regulations.
