What You'll Do: 

Follow and maintain standards of sanitation and safety for personnel, food preparation, storage, kitchen equipment, and all department areas.
Receives and stores food and supplies, and assures they are stored properly.
Ensures food safety and sanitation practices are adhered to, and the timing of meals is met.
Communicate with residents, guests, and co-workers in a professional and pleasant manner.

What You'll Need: 

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
Knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen safety regulations.
