What You'll Do:
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including medication assistance and personal care.
- Follow and assist with residents’ daily Plan of Care, using therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and volunteers, reporting changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate resident records and comply with facility, state, and federal requirements.
- Support a safe, clean, and home-like environment while responding to resident and household needs.
- Participate in mandatory meetings, in-service training, and required online education modules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School education or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of caregiving experience (required)
- Dementia/memory care experience (required)
- Home Health Aide, CNA, or TMA experience is a plus
