What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with Facility Manager/RA Coordinator to conduct RN Delegation for non-licensed employees in concordance with DHS 83.37(2)(e), DHS 89.13(24), DHS 89.23(4)(a)(2), and N6.03(3).
- Coordinate with the Community Nurse, Medication Care Manager, and/or Manager to conduct quarterly reviews of psychotropic medication for CBRF residents in concordance with DHS 83.37(1)(h)(1).
- Coordinate with the Community Nurse to sign off on medication errors in concordance with DHS 83.37(1)(k)(2).
- Serve as a consultation resource for the facility's Community Nurse, Manager, and/or Director.
- Field on-call nurse questions from Managers during the absence of the Community Nurse.
What You'll Need:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Experience working with advanced age, Alzheimer's, dementia, and/or assisted living populations (preferred)
