What You'll Do as the Director of Nursing :
- Oversee and coordinate all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin RCAC regulations, state guidelines, and company policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to support resident care plans
- Monitor clinical outcomes, address concerns proactively, and support continuous quality improvement
- Participate in on-call rotation to support clinical operations as needed
What You'll Need:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of RCAC rules and compliance regulations
